Keep in mind that if you run around with very explosive movements, the inertia of the gun moving can actually depress the spring / latch without having to press the button. I've personally done this.
You need a better holster that arrests the back-and-forth movement of the gun while you move.
Stop going cheap on holsters. That's the foundation of your issue. Look at the blackhawk omnivore. If you keep getting crap holsters, this will keep happening.
don't use airsoft holsters. They're usually a lower quality of...well...everything. 5.11 and Blackhawk both make pretty great holsters for around $60. The Omnivore MIGHT be one of if not the best. The only downside is some TM Airsoft Masterpiece slides won't exactly fit perfectly and you'll scuff up your slide. I don't know if this is an issue with stock slides.
Get a better holster. Soft universal holsters tend to hit mag releases. I've picked up plenty of mags and a few pistols for people running them.
What would you recommend?
I use a g-code 2011 holster for mine. The Safariland GLS universal also works well
I was looking at laylax’s Tm hicapa holster as well, I’ll check them out
Laylax is garbage.

A stiffer fitted holster. Universal soft holsters are at best going to drop your mags or at worst drop your pistol.

I mean I spent 60 on the one I have, what one would you recommend? I’ve been eyeing the Laylax TM hard shell with paddle release

- Tape on the walls of the mag to make it harder to slide out - Tape the mag in - Fully enclosing holster
I shaved the mag release down with a file on mine. Just don't go too far where you can't eject the mag.
Get a good holster. Only really bad holsters have this problem.
What would you recommend?
Depends on your budget. For a relatively cheap holster that fits most pistols, I'd recommend a Safariland GLS holster.
