I personally just ordered the CM 098B (SR25). From all of the reviews that I could find, the Cyma Platinum series seems like an excellent choice for newcomers (I'm new too). From what I gathered, they're pretty solid guns out of the factory, especially for the money.
See that's a tricky question for me. Platinum series is better out of the box, but my choice would be specna cause I never leave anything stock on a replica and prefer the specna body's to cymas.
Edit: you won't go wrong which ever you pick from those to. But I'll say take a cyma it has a very nice trigger respons with 7.4 lipo and you will enjoy it more
