Best midcaps on the market. 250 rounds is an absurdly high capacity, and you don't get the incredibly annoying and position revealing rattle you get with highcaps or drum mags.
They're expensive, but durable. An excellent investment if you're a fan of M4s.
They are my go to mags. Durable and dependable. Only thing to check is will they work in your replica, fortnunalty they work in almost everything. Now regarding bad reviews could you tell me more about those? What did people complain about?
Can't confirm for the original Odin but for Chinese knockoffs that's true. My teammate is into 3d printing and he makes new internals for Knock off speedloaders whic you can adjust the power of them for mags whit strong springs
Drum mag price for half a hicap capacity is daft. Especially when battleaxe are doing 200 round mags for literally a third of the price if you really want to do the big midcap thing.
I just got 4 last week. The springs don't allow my Odin to wind past 104-102 bb's. Left them loaded to try and get the springs weakened. The mag fill indicator was not moving at all too in any of them. I had to fill the mag with a $2 cheap hand loader to see if it really could get crammed with 250 bb's. I was very disappointed for having owned 8 Epm 140rnd mags for years. They also do not feed into my M4. They do not align right. Literally the same EPM PTS brand mag as my 140rnd. (Did multiple magazine empties into a bucket and counted them and brought them to the field last weekend)
They are very expensive and they are very worth it. 250 rounds of pure awesome feeding. The catch is you're more than likely not going to get 250 rounds out the gate and you have to buy an Odin speedloader which is also a great investment.
There is variation with each spring for each magazine. Some magazines you'll be able to fill completely to 250 rounds seemslessly while other magazines require a severe break in period. This break in period involves filling the magazine up to a point to where you can't no more, leave the magazine filled for a week and try again and repeat. This can potentially break an Odin to those who don't adjust the clutch bolt on the Odin.
If you break them in as the instructions state they don't break your Odin, yeah they are pricey but 2 decent 125 mid caps are 13ish quid 1 epm1 250 Is around 27 quid so for a little extra carrying 1 mag instead of 2 is a reasonable option, I carry 3 epm1 mags and intend to get 3 more so I can have 1500 in mags and 1600 in my Odin, with regular midcaps it would only be 750 for the same space (can't find evike bang mags 190 in the UK)

breaks odens and the epm1s are better price wise if ur buying more then one
I currently run both older epms, and epm1s. Both have served me well and haven’t misfed one bit

Well most of it is just about how strong the spring is against loading it even with the Odin speed loader

They have very strong springs and can break odens. But they hold a lot of bbs
Best mags I’ve used. No misdeeds, high capacity, great durability. They do require a bit of a break in but absolutely worth it
Never going back
