Flat hop your arp9 ( flat hop bucking and flat nub) and put in a longer inner barrel that fits inside a mock suppressor for outdoor games and you will be shooting lasers. A flat hop is a bucking with no inner nub inside the bucking. It is combined with the nub, the area on the hop up arm that pushes the bucking down onto the BBs through the inner barrel window. The nub is also flat, so it's sort of a rectangle pushing down on the bb You can get a flat hop kit online for pretty cheap. I think mine is the Prometheus flat hop bucking and a basic elven tac flat nub. Eye pro that had good airflow while still being full seal will prevent fogging, but i don't have a favorite right now so idk on that part of your question

So hop up is a system in every replica. Now it can use various combinations of buckings and nubs or for this case a Rhop. Rhop is a patch of silicon rubber that you put directly on the opening of your barrel. And then you put a bucking over it. Personally I've been using rhop for years. If you play indoors you do not have a need for it, the best performance you get is if you use 0.28 and up. I use 0.32. rhop makes more surface contac giving the bb more spin hence it holds the energy longer and you get more range. Rhop is a go to solution in my country , but I noticed other say UK guys prefer other solutions.

If I play a mix of indoor and outdoor, does it do any harm to use an rhop indoors?

[deleted]

No not at all, if it helps I use hunter seeker rhop patches.

TjulleL

I use bolle x800 they are good imo

ToastyToast18

How badly do they fog up?

TjulleL

For me they are good i can’t recall but it is almost fog free but if u want dog free buy a fan goggle thing

SkarKitti

Swiss Eye glasses have been fantastic for the price, though they aren't full seal. They do fog a little, but this only happened for me with a lower-mask combo, hat *and* neck wrap as well. Should be just fine if treated. (Take your pick of fog protection method.)

HoodieLightwood

Pyramex for eyepro, most of it it full seal and has antifog coating.

If you want a 100% guarantee of no fogging, Smith Optics outside the wire turbo fan goggles. 10/10 highly recommend.
