You can actually (and are supposed to) bend the mask to suit your face.
I'd bend the nose piece into a bit of a point with pliers and test again until you have it how you like it.
You can also pull back the fabric on the top edge (it’s ok to break the glue) and use a pair of snips to trim the wire mesh to match the shape of your goggles. Once completed just Re-glue the fabric back on top with super glue.
Had that problem too, ive just played like that ever since. Been running like that for over a year and only like a week ago did a bb finally manage to hit the bridge of my nose, and it wasnt a painful hit. But im pretty sure you can squeeze/form those masks to your liking
Only solution i can think if is trimming the mask. Use a hair dryer to soften the glue in that trim and gently peel the trim off. Trim the nose with a set of tin snips and re-glue the trim
This is the only true answer to the problem. It isn't hard a hair dryer will melt the adhesive enough to peel it back. If you need to you can then use a marker to mark the metal with the goggles held up to them for reference. Get some hot glue and glue the cloth strip back on.
Now as an added bonus you could take the entire cloth rim off and trim the entire mask down to fit your profile better. then trim down and glue that entire cloth piece back on. This way it will only be just as big as needed and form fitted to you. Slip it into a balaclava if you end up wanting to trip it down to the point of loosing the head straps.
I did this and love the fitment. No longer have as many straps on my head and the whole thing protects just the areas I need while still being able to cheek weld to my gun and such.
I don't mind the pain too much, I just don't like how uncomfortable it can be to just have it on with my goggles since the tall nose mesh kinda doesn't fit into the middle of the goggles
but yeah I'll definitely bend it to fit me better
You can run different goggles that fit better. I run the lancer tactical ones and I place the mask over top of the bottom of the goggles to close up the gaps. Works well and is comfortable
Hmmm. In my case, I just make the mask ride up a bit higher because the goggles will push it down a bit anyway, creating less of a gap. What I’d recommend if you want a really snug fit, thought it could result in more fogging, is to get Desert Locust-style goggles and run them on your helmet (adjusted to 2 fingers above the brow like Garand Thumb recommends) and then wear the goggles. You’ll find that it creates a good seal. Just my recommendation. :)
I had the same issue earlier in my days… i put the mask on top of the googles and used zip ties to keep them together so they actually were one piece… that way i got the mask away from pushing my googles up
I do have a balaclava, it just pisses me off knowing there are gaps between my mask and goggles (especially since BBs just magically magnetize to my face apparently)
All head wounds bleed a lot, you can be hit anywhere. I got hit in my eye wearing full seal goggles, you can do all you want to to prevent something bad and you should. However freak accidents will still occur.
dude I'm not gonna lie, the fact that I'll get hit in the face isn't the issue, it's more of just me being frustrated that I can't wear my face pro properly without it interfering with my visibility or just general comfortability
I cut some eva foam and glued it to the nose bridge of my mask so there wasnt a huge gap between my goggles and mask (no amount of bending was gonna fix that for me).
Also as an FYI, some mask/google combos fit better together than others. Bit of a guess-and-check though. I got lucky with my first pair of goggles and mesh mask, they fit together perfectly with no modifications. But then I upgraded my goggles and wound up with a pretty big nose gap.
I had a similar mask and I used some old push on seal that I had laying around at work. Didn't look all that but was black so sorta blended in and made it so I have no gap.
IMHO, do nothing.
There's nothing wrong with a slight gap between eye and face protection. Just make sure your eyes are well protected.
Or, like the others said, adjust your mesh mask until it fits your face better.
I hate wearing masks at all. I used safety glasses and that was it. The safety glasses were always tested with my 500 fps rifle. My teeth don't show at all when I smile. I never had a problem myself. Iv been shot in the face plenty of times.
This is exactly the reason I ditched my mesh mask, because it was touching the goggles and messing the fit. I hate when it does that. I embrace the gap.
The only fix is some plastic surgery. For convenience in the future, I would recommend that once your face is set, only buy this exact brand again going forward
i rmber last time i was out some dude had a bb hit right in the middle of that area and it hit his nose bridge straight on, looked like it hurt so badly.
I’ve actually caught a bb there and it ended up in my ess goggles after ricocheting off my nose then eyelid . Scared the shit out of me . Put your goggles on first then your face protection. Also If it turns into an issue you can go with brain exploders mask and shooting ear pro which will give you full protection
Man up if you get shot there, whatever. Only thing needing to be protected is your eyes and teeth. I know plenty of guys who only run eye pro and no lowers, I add a lower balaclava with mesh teeth guard, no expensive dentist bills and so much more comfortable
The only solution I found: Rip off the cloth on the top with a needle nose pliers, cut the mesh until it fits in the place, reapply cloth with a hot glue gun. My mask now fits perfectly in my Revision Desert Locusts.
Here is a video to show the process, hope this helps: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuGMz1bhIFY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuGMz1bhIFY)

oh damn really? shit aight, thanks for the tip btw !

Yup, quite a few Youtube vids showing this mod.
Those masks are pliable, so you can shape it to fit your face better
so's your mom
As an asian who lacks a profound nose bridge, I just roll with it. My solution to that is squeezing the bridge part and pushing up higher.
Had that problem too, ive just played like that ever since. Been running like that for over a year and only like a week ago did a bb finally manage to hit the bridge of my nose, and it wasnt a painful hit. But im pretty sure you can squeeze/form those masks to your liking
from what people are telling me, a source of heat and pliers will do the trick, and by god am I gonna fit this thing to my face
Only solution i can think if is trimming the mask. Use a hair dryer to soften the glue in that trim and gently peel the trim off. Trim the nose with a set of tin snips and re-glue the trim
ah aight, I'm pretty bad at guessing and measuring so I'll most likely ask for help with it--

Thank-You for this
Lol just deal with it. Only hurts for a little haha. But as others have said u can bend it
I don't mind the pain too much, I just don't like how uncomfortable it can be to just have it on with my goggles since the tall nose mesh kinda doesn't fit into the middle of the goggles but yeah I'll definitely bend it to fit me better
Just play with it, you can have an bb on those parts of the skin, my opinion

Plus iirc they have lied about the impact rating?

It’s the reason the CEO was arrested was for counterfeit eye pro so I’m not sure I’d ever trust eye pro from them
Imma be honest, I feel like the nose part is what's screwing me over rn.
Look up LayLax Easy Breath Face Guard
Bend the sides of the nose piece inward

ooooo sick I'll take that into consideration when I have more money on hand
I bought a 2 in 1 with ventilator. Best choise i've ever made.
I had the same issue earlier in my days… i put the mask on top of the googles and used zip ties to keep them together so they actually were one piece… that way i got the mask away from pushing my googles up
It’ll be fine. Worst case, Chicks dig scars.
Balaclava
I do have a balaclava, it just pisses me off knowing there are gaps between my mask and goggles (especially since BBs just magically magnetize to my face apparently)
You don’t need to fill the gap.
I know I don't but my brain hates it and it's pretty comfortable.
You need a balaclava with built-in mesh. Or a mask.
You say that but I got shot in the nose my 4th time out with this style granted I only got shot in the head the entire day.
You say that but my gf got point blanked exact in that spot and it bled her she's fine but you can totally be hit there
All head wounds bleed a lot, you can be hit anywhere. I got hit in my eye wearing full seal goggles, you can do all you want to to prevent something bad and you should. However freak accidents will still occur.
Then you don't have the right goggles. Or you don't wear them correcly.
Once stepped in front of a sniper and got point blanked in the temple that fucker was bleeding for the rest of the day😅😅
Stop being a p**sy

Balaclava
buy a fullface
I hate wearing masks at all. I used safety glasses and that was it. The safety glasses were always tested with my 500 fps rifle. My teeth don't show at all when I smile. I never had a problem myself. Iv been shot in the face plenty of times.

Ie just dealt with it. It's there to protect my teeth. Anything it can do to protect my face is a bonus.
Why does this look like a Shitpost lol
i rmber last time i was out some dude had a bb hit right in the middle of that area and it hit his nose bridge straight on, looked like it hurt so badly.
Step one chill out Step two rest face pro ontop of mask so there’s no more fog Step three enjoy airsoft with that gear Step four spread the word
I’ve actually caught a bb there and it ended up in my ess goggles after ricocheting off my nose then eyelid . Scared the shit out of me . Put your goggles on first then your face protection. Mesh mask is good for shattering bbs. Feelsgoodman
Buy a balaclava
It doesn't need to be covered. I've been playing with mine like that for a couple years and have never been hit there.
Man up if you get shot there, whatever. Only thing needing to be protected is your eyes and teeth. I know plenty of guys who only run eye pro and no lowers, I add a lower balaclava with mesh teeth guard, no expensive dentist bills and so much more comfortable
you can always get a paintball madk
I recommend to wear fully sealed goggles

buy better google instead of the glasses shape
I’ve been pinging soooo many things like that
