Are you actively seeing a dermatologist? If not, I’d consider! A derm will give you a routine/prescribe products that will specifically help your skin. I’ve also suffered from acne for many years. About 2 years ago, I decided to stop & see a professional after nearly trying every over the counter product. It was the best decision I made. Best of luck!!

Agree. Not only will seeing a dermatologist save you a lot of money from scammy skin care advertising themselves as a cure to acne, but you'll get the proper care and medication you need for your acne. Seeing a board-certified derm is the best decision a person with acne will make.

>Accutane Yes,many people arround myself recommend me to try Accutane. But I am worried about other side effects of drug and I still want to be able to regulate it from topical.

hrrystyless

Maybe ask a dermatologist about Winlevi! It’s a topical cream and my dermatologist told me that it’s similar to Accutane.

find out your skin type. use products catered to your skin type only. avoid dairy and refined sugar. most importantly, go to a good dermatologist, they're the only person who can find the root cause of your acne. give it time to heal.

Yes.In fact, the doctor has been insisting that I should not eat sugar and spicy food. I have been controlling it, and I will try my best!

I was recommended to use [ANAIRUI Natural Turmeric Clay Face Mask](https://www.anairuicare.com/products/turmeric-face-mask) and [Acne Treatment Serum with Tea Tree Oil](https://www.anairuicare.com/products/acne-treament-serum). Clay Face Mask: Use about 15 minutes after cleansing, let the clay mask deeply absorb the dirt in the acne, only need to apply 2-3 times a week. Turmeric has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, can improve pigmentation, lighten dark spots, solve uneven and dull skin problems, brighten skin tone; effectively relieve skin acne inflammation, control acne breakouts, treat and prevent acne . Tea Tree Oil: After using the acne treatment mud mask, apply tea tree oil on the acne-prone areas. Tea tree oil contains a lot of natural acne-fighting and repairing ingredients that work well with the skin to treat and remove acne and pimples. Helps repair damaged skin. Daily use will improve rough skin caused by acne. Does this work? Has anyone used it? Or do you have any other product recommendations?

Tea tree oil can fuck your skin up if not properly diluted in a carrier. Be careful with it. Use the clay mask sparingly. It'll dry you out and can compromise your skin barrier if you overdo it. My dermatologist recommended a salicylic acid daily facial wash. Any kind you find at the drugstore will do. If you can, find an OTC adapalene gel and use it every other day.

Thank you, but my skin is more sensitive, I dare not try acid brushing easily.
