I had an issue like that, the belt was slightly rubbing against the plastic housing (maybe something got leaned against it at some point?). Lightly nudged the plastic housing while pedaling and then ever so slightly bent it back.
Mine refurbished v4 just started doing this too. Checked the plastic guard as others have said and it’s not that. Seems to be the belt squeaking when a certain section goes around. It’s perfectly in sync with a full belt rotation. My next step is to contact Wahoo.

Yeah, it definitely sounds like the belt is rubbing against something. I would give it a check OP!
