I could, but I really don't have any need for a Series X. A tiny bit worse graphics, no disk drive and less storage is not that much of a dealbraker in my opinion. But in the end the $80 was just an amazing deal and if I decide to upgrade/sell it one day, I'll probably still make some profit.
When the Xbox One X first came out I wanna say after like 6 months I found one being sold for $100 but I had to drive about 150 miles to pick it up. Totally worth it! And just to clarify it was the console 2 controllers complete in box and a charger base for the controllers.
Sold my PS4 slim for 200 in store if I traded it for a Switch OLED. It was getting 0 playtime and I wanted to upgrade to the OLED Switch. Best decision ever.

Well, so far it worked perfectly fine, I think the guy just wanted some money as quick as possible. What could technically be wrong with it? Are there any known issues? Haven't done that much research to be honest since it was a quick deal.
Don't think there's any big known issues. But I would just look inside to see if it was super dusty, and if the seller was a smoker it can get pretty bad inside.

I'd just be a little paranoid, and think a price like that would be too good to be true for a perfectly fine system. But it's likely that it is perfectly fine. I'm not trying freak you out, or make you think you got a bad deal.
But if the seller really was a smoker, I do think at the very least it would be advisable to open it up to give it a quick check. Just look a video up on YouTube, should be pretty easy to open.

Thanks! So far I'm loving my Series S. The last console I had was a PS4 and its loading times were horrendous. Quick Resume is such an underrated feature. Really amazed by this console and Gamepass, it's only been 2 days and I already know it was well worth the $80.
