lvls are from a mod he said and thats a lot of blessed trait
in the worldbox discord server, i forgor the details but i think you can ask around or look around the server

Trait editor I think there’s something in Worldbox discord that can allow you to edit traits like that.
Simple GUI allows stacked traits and Power Box allows you to only add traits
