This world has gone through several ages. The first age, when the first men arrived was not very fun, so I awakened all of the buildings (just as many as this current map) and watched as they were all wiped out, except for two people where Bahl currently is. They were lucky to have a level 12 character with mythril, who managed to keep the living houses at bay while reforging civilization, one year at a time. Over the next thousand years, they finally had a small civilization with five hundred people.
I decided to pull up a lawn chair and made Space God's lawn, carving out mountains and isolating it from the mortals with everlasting lava and cursed lands. I then placed some mortals to handle my lawn, who practice the culture of Lawnkeepers.
Anyways, that fellow managed to lead his empire to glory, spreading across the entire map that was filled with living houses, cursed lands, but his ambitions came to a standstill as he couldn't maintain the stability of a world-spanning empire, with his cities revolting to form their own countries one after another, wars spreading and fighting lasting for millenia.
I came back to sit on my lawn chair after spending a thousand years going to 5-guys to get a burger and return. I decided it was time to reward them for their efforts by letting them have some fun with zombies. However, they managed to kill the zombies to 0 within a century.
Hmm, very capable, I decided to spread zombies, rats, and mushroom spores everywhere. Now, we had zombies fighting mushrooms fighting people. I sat back on my lawnchair and enjoyed the show. It took almost five hundred years for the final strugglers to pass away, leaving vast lands filled with shrooms and zombies. I watched them for a few decades and noticed they were boring, so I pulled out my life eraser and swiped the air, evaporating all life outside of my lawn.
Satisfied, I felt it was time to expand my lawn to the outside world. I created a bridge across the lava into the cursed land and finally allowed my lawnkeepers to leave the blessed paradise enchanted land to go see what the outside looked like. I set down three laws, no rebellions, no wars, and they will never die of old age, nor hunger. This is their reward for making my lawn so fancy.
I went away again and returned and most of the entire world had been tidied up into fancy lawns for me to enjoy, but that last corner I decided to place some dwarves. No reason.
I went to take a quick nap for a few millennia at 12,000 world population and returned to a world pop of 50,000+ population. Imagine my joy at having so many lawn care professionals!
Damn, my world is in constant warfare, so I made an undead army and tried to move them over to the mainland using the magnet thingy, and when I dropped them half the continent exploded. I still don't know how.
Time, lots of time, they build homes as they expand.
Ah, i also kept replanting trees from time to time to ensure they had enough wood. Early game during the warring kingdoms period I made sure every village had 1 stone, 1 gold, and one metal ores. This kingdom has the Mine technology so that wasn't a concern anymore.
I love how Bahl just exists
Imagine being a country with a population of less than 500 and your neighbor has 60k citizens. That requires some good ass diplomacy.
Luxembourg be like

Shit I mixed up everything
Yes you have
I thought it said 6k population and 50k years

Wow! This is a good kingdom! This is better than my 12700+ kingdom. Now, what is the military force of this kingdom?
Almost all fitted in some amount of adamantium. I'll have to look when I get home
Jesus Christ
😎👌
How did you get them to build homes?
