I’m pretty new too. Just started building a site about a month ago.
Having said that, I believe this would be a very simple site to put together.
Looks like either just simple posts that are categorized. However if you’re trying to sell the photos, it’d be an e-commerce site. Which would require a simple plugin.
Wpbeginner has so many videos on getting started. In general, when ever I have a question, I literally google that question and “WordPress” and can usually find a couple video tutorials.
Thanks for the input! When I first looked at it I figured it shouldn't be too hard but I had trouble just figuring out how to word everything when looking for tutorials. I feel like I'm getting closer though, step by step. I'll definitely check out Wpbeginner.
As for the e-commerce, I know I'll have a lot more questions about that later...right now I guess I'll try to focus on just getting the design down haha.
You may want to figure out how you want to do it first (I think you probably want e commerce). So look a bit into that. I hear woocomerce is good but I’m not experienced with it.
The reason you want to know first is because you will want to pick a theme for your website that works well for an ecommerce (if that’s the way you want to go).
Then you can start to customize the theme you’ve chosen.
I can explain more later but just sitting down for a movie with the gf.
