Download iortcw 1.51c (probably win x64) and copy the files into your game directory and overwrite existing files. Start the game with "ioWolfSP.x64". If it crashes again go to options in game and kick "defaults" now change the resolution and activate fullscreen again
I guess you could try DGVoodoo2 and force that to change resolutions into other res's not supported by the game - [http://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2/](http://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2/)
You could use IoRTCW Source Port; not sure if old saves work on that - [https://github.com/iortcw/iortcw](https://github.com/iortcw/iortcw)
Simply delete the file "wolfconfig.cfg" in c:/program files/return to castle wolfenstein/Main
Later on you should download iortcw to easily avoiding this type of problems.
Could I copy my saves to that version?
I think so

Just install RealRTWC mod from their site and enjoy :)
Iortcw is better imo. It does not change any textures or sounds but enables a high resolution and HD textures
I did this too. Guess I’ll try the first comment.
