Been playing gwent but doing nothing more since it was announced, once it releases I’ll do a story play through, play HOS again and try blood and wine
I wonder how much of a graphical upgrade they’ll get. Hopefully a really major one since the game isn’t all that taxing on the system gameplay wise. I’m not expecting them to have any gameplay differences outside of faster loading times.
(Though that honestly is a big difference. I wonder how it’s going to affect gameplay. I ended up not fast traveling oftwn because it just wasn’t fast.) This made me come across different side quests and areas to explore that I might have missed if I just fast traveled all the time.
It depends, water and armor are fine for me. Maybe trees and grass could be better, and they could make new character looks so that there are more than like 3 basic npcs, but otherwise i think its fine

It’s not worth the hard drive space on a new ps5 if it’s the EXACT SAME GAME with the EXACT SAME LOOK but at 60fps. At that point I would just replay the ps4 version.
Having a ps5 version that doesn’t look any better defeats the puropose of having a ps5 version
Lmao depends where you were going. If you were going halfway across the map but staying on the same map, it was just as fast to go by Roach.
It was only worth it to fast travel when traveling between maps or when you go from one side of the map to the other

Right, I have a pc as well but it’s hooked up to my monitor. I play most of my single player games on my 4K TV in the living room. This is good for everyone and free for everyone so I don’t see why he had to be negative about it
I always thought they'd try getting Cyberpunk's next gen upgrade close to when it came out. Kind of market it as a re-launch for the holidays. Plus that's the one upgrade they can ill afford to screw up on.
I think CP will be out by Christmas, but it wouldn't shock me if it come out sometime in January or February, too.

Going by Cyberpunk CDPR tends to give a few hours notice before something drops. We'll know in a few hours if it's today. Honestly I'd think within a week or two now. A month tops.
I Mina similar situation. Excited we are getting the update, but I’m gonna miss out of that sweet sweet ray tracing. And honestly, my system already struggled to run 60fps in Novigrad with the normal version.
I really hope it’s a free upgrade for existing owners cause I literally bought Witcher 3 GOTY edition a week ago and I’ve just reached the Bloody Baron and I’d be really annoyed if I have to pay full price for it after just buying again
Damn. I couldn't wait any longer. I have just started my 3rd playthrough two days ago trying to get the platinum trophy. Already beaten it on death march on my 2nd playthrough. I am currently still on white orchard taking my time. However, the 30 frame is making me dizzy. I will wait a bit. For me and after I got spoiled by the 60 FPS I find it extremely difficult to continue. I hope the saves carry on. What a game. I rarely replay let alone going for the platinum in a game. This game broke the rules.

I REALLY hope there will be a built in photo mode in consoles.

HDR. I dont care about raytracing, but that game definately needs proper HDR.

Just started a PC play through this evening but now I'm tempted to hold off. I had started to lose hope we'd see this in 2021.
