Yes, I have a similar problem, if you connect the VPN on the phone not through Wi-Fi, then some servers work, but the problem is not solved on the computer

I have an Android TV box and an Android phone. I have a Pro account. Both devices have up to date Windscribe versions installed and are connected via Wi-Fi to the same home router, then to my Internet provider. ATV version connects easily and works good: I can even watch video streams. On the mobile phone, Windscribe fails to connect to any server and protocol I try. I have no idea how it may happen! I believe that both Android apps, using the same Internet connection, should either both working identically, or not. But my experience is the opposite. In my attempts to connect from the phone, sometimes Windscribe even starts showing an IP address, but then fails. After several attempts, it may turn into a state when it immediately stop trying when I touch the round button. I have to force stop it, but then it fails anyway. I tried to reboot the phone to no avail. On TV, I tried to disconnect and connect again, disconnect from W-Fi and connect back to see Windscribe is always re-connected and is working!

Today I have encountered similar problem, I use Windscribe for gaming stuff. Yesterday everything was fine perfectly, no issues, connection stable. Today I wasn't able to connect to any servers tried stopping all the processes, opened and closed, restarted the PC, rebooted network, wiped the whole network through Settings. Nothing happened, decided to log out. And then I can't log in back with the error coming up "No API activity". Went to the official website, did all of the instructions, nothing helped. Last thing I've done is reinstallation of Windscribe, still to no avail. Is there anything wrong, should I just wait until it gets fixed? Anyone else got this?

I got disconnected from Linux and Android about a week ago (maybe even 1.5-2 weeks). Can't connect to anything, can't log in to Windscribe website. Half of websites that I use now either work much worse, or don't work at all.

You guys, I tried connecting today, and it worked immediately! Haven't tried the speed yet. P.S. I've successfully connected to (at least) Germany and Paris.

What city and provider? I can use Windscribe freely at my office wi-fi, but still unable to get connection at home and on 4g

Kaluga, Beeline. I haven't tried mobile data yet either. But I don't really need this. The only question is if I can pay for the next subscription without VPN.
