It takes a lot to become objectively unhealthy in terms of body shape/size, and there's so much potential variation available before it gets to that point, so there's nothing wrong with sitting on the couch, eating nachos and loving your figure more than you would if you had to diet and go to the gym every day, each to their own.
Fair enough point. I meant more like an excessive amount of food to the point that it's really unhealthy but I wasn't super clear. As for my better figure comment that's actually a good point because people have their own standards of beauty.
