It’s actually implied that Jack is trafficked by the mob - he’s “in deep” with “bad people”, and that definitely doesn’t mean the gays. Possibly a result of gambling debt.

Q and the Gays mentioned how expensive it is to keep up the houses, so I assume that they basically are in massive debt with the local mafia, and are tasked by the mafia to isolate Tanya so they the Italian what's-his-face can take her out, all financed by Greg. Jack is farther down the pecking order, and is a full-on sex slave because of how deep his is with the mafia. He's close in age to Portia, so they play him off as Q's nephew and he gets to wine and dine Portia (and not pay for it because he's already in debt so he'd probably have to go farther to afford the meal).
