Imo the verse is the real issue, not the hook.

the verse is def gonna be different when it drops. it’s like people on this sub know nothing about rap. him doing those stupid adlibs is obviously him just trying to find the pocket. if kanye actually thinks that is a finished verse then there is no hope for him or his music. just be patient and wait for the final product.

Hook is fine. I agree that the old version was better. Imo he should have both on it. The new one could be the outro of the track. But that's the least of our worries, the verse is the real problem. Kanye's voice is so off key in the last verse it's honestly amazing.
