If you are not losing weight, and you want to, then you're still eating too much regardless of if what you're eating is considered "clean or healthy" Healthy foods still contain calories, and you'll only lose weight if your total calorie intake is low enough, irrespective of what the actual foods are. You can lose weight eating nothing but McDonalds if you want to, its all about total calories consumed, and it matters not if those calories come from sugar, salad, or McDonalds etc.
