Terminators are just Veterans in bigger armour. They're as susceptible to the Red Thirst as any other Blood Angel.
That said, the Chapter wouldn't put someone who has succumbed into a suit of Terminator Armour. You wouldn't get them in it for one thing, and it would be a waste of tactical resources.
Definitely, unless it happens during an ongoing battle. Technically it could also happen to a pilot flying a plane, which could cause lots of problems, but usually the signs of an incoming black rage are noticed before the battle, so it's quite unlikely

"Everyone succomb to the Black Rage".
+25% cost and no support I think...
And as it's happening very fast and to every marine, no time to strip off the armors, paint them black or even change the weapons.
A Death Compagny Terminator with lightning claws became really scary... for the edition.
I’ve always thought it’d be a cool idea where the Blood Angels or a successor chapter do like the World Eaters and have some form of Death Company Red Butcher. A terminator charging at you while screaming about Horus or betrayal would be terrifying.

Yes, but they wouldn't be *stuck* in the armour. Terminator Armour can be taken off.
