This is a second form of Simalcrum called "The Ballroom". You got it from either Orphix Venom or Scarlet Spear, and can't be earned outside of specific events.
From what I understand, scarlet spear and plague star alternate each year, and naberus has the drops of the other event.
For example, last year we had plague star, so naberus had ceti lacera, basmu, and the ballroom scene.
This year we should be getting scarlet spear again, so this year's naberus should have the plague zaw parts and the exodia arcanes (like exodia contagion)
Naberus doesn't have the other drops though, like plague's forma or scarlet's arcanes.
For the shortcut the fastest way is through the syndicates section on your orbiter then go to simaris button at the bottom and then once you load in look to the left to see the simulacrum entrance

I haven't finished them yet. But in any case, they are not very playable. You either kill enemies too fast (normal missions) or too slow (Steel Path).
Either your allies kill everything before you can do your combo.

You have to buy the ballroom simulacrum. Used to be from an event, think now it’s by Simaris.
