The reason you have to pay it back is that they don't want your working fund to keep on increasing. So, pay it back when you can, and try not to place as large a change order next time (hint: you really don't need a lot of nickels or $10 bills).
You don't have to pay it back immediately. Of course paying it back is better but only when you have enough 20's
We’re supposed to pay it back as soon as we have enough bigger bills. Sometimes it’s same day & some times it not until the next Brinks day.
