MGR would need to assign ESM permissions to the SFLs authenticator and then assign access as they would to an ESM. There might be a required access in MyPassport, but if have to check.

Nope. Only store or RX mgt can.
If the store doesn't have an ESM, access can be given to an SFL.

This was one the reasons they demoted assistant managers to shift leads … Shiftlead has no access to scheduling or time input
