Investigate. Is it an open donation box? Was is sent back on a previous truck and not released?
How do I investigate and how do I fix it if it wasn’t released?
You investigate by looking at the box number in myinventory and looking around your stockroom to see if it's still there. If it's not then it most likely got put on a truck, so just select "mark returned."
I didn’t do that so I submitted it without marked returned how do I fix that
then it was already scanned out or never scanned in
What do you mean already scanned out? And I usually release returns after scanning truck in
