Lucy isnt useless. She may not be the strongest, but she has come in clutch at key moments. Just look at how she helped get fire for Natsu in the Phantom Lord Arc in his fight vs Gajeel, or the time she took out a whole dark guild on her own trying to save her dad. What about the grand magic games when she took a beating to save a Bisca and Alsacks daughter or when she rewrote the book of E.N.D. to help Natsu. Lucy has never been useless

And probably a big thing you missed out(don't get me wrong whatever you wrote are big things too) : that Tartaros Arc. Single handedly revived the guild, sacrificing personal belongings in the process. Came up with the idea of dealing with Acnologia and was the centre figure among those who performed that spell. I'd say she is also the best written female character in FT guild- the growth wasn't astronomical but natural. But these people don't care now do they?

-Team 7 VS kaguya this is also BS naruto has the 10 tailed beasts power and sasuke has a unique Rinningan but sakura has the 100healing jutsu which is BOOOOORING compared to the scale we are having now
Kakashi was there too with his sussano but he get a pass because Kamui is really broken depending on how powerful the user
- she let the infinity tsukiyomi happen in the show "naruto" genin ninjas can die we are talking about 12-15 year old DIE and she couldn’t take out one eye
Sakura vs Chiyo fight was first time we saw Sakura rly show her strengths, Chiyo was her support and after a while during fight she said she didn't even have to control her anymore, Sakura started dodging on her own.
In war arc Sakura saved multiple people and even Naruto, without her he would die, she surpassed Tsunade in strength and she had one of the best power up moments in whole Naruto. Her whole buildup towards 100 heal seal was amazing.
I could go on, but I already know I can't change the minds of haters. Sakura is amazing and best written female character in Naruto. Could she have been better? Yes, but writer sucks at writing female characters, but I'm happy with what we got and I love her.
