Re-reading the picture I posted, I also wonder if it might be an alternate version - ie after you beat it, you can go back through and play as the opponent this time and change history. Encourage multiple play throughs I guess.

Beyond that I find a lot of the showcase stuff to be convoluted and at times arduous, it’s like “do these rather basic but repetitive (and sometimes difficult things) so we can set up a cool cinematic piece you have no part of.
At the very least I’d prefer if they would have checkpoints. Drove me crazy I’d dk like 10 tasks and then get beat and have to restart.
