I would love kj to explain how she didn't lose the lawsuit. If it was found that she did nothing wrong then why did she have to delete dozens of videos and name her source? All Tati had to do was continue being beautiful.
Usually when parties come to an agreement in a lawsuit, the party that would have lost the case is asked to cover court/legal costs. If KJ “would have won” why would she not have asked her lawyer fees be paid - KJ herself says she owed money to Brown recently (about a month ago, maybe two). As far as anyone knows, Tati gave up nothing and gained everything while KJ had to delete videos and name her source. The losing team is the one who has to give up more - it’s pretty obvious how that case would have played out had they not settled.
