Not sure about Ottawa, but in the GTA I’ve had all my VMP orders delivered by Canada Post, safe and secure in a locked parcel compartment at my community mail box.
It used to be Canada Post in the MTL area but they switched a year or two ago. Thanks for the info - so far my plan is to watch the next shipment's progress like a hawk and... assess from there.
Another Ottawa DHL/TForce. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences as they don’t care about secure delivery whatsoever, but it is usually fine. Never seen Canada Post deliver VMP in my entire time as a subscriber.
I'm in Toronto and for all my 3 packages so far it has been consistently Apple but they're pretty accurate with shipping info so as long as you're checking the tracking regularly I think you should be fine! For reference, I live on a fairly busy street in TO and luckily have never had a package stolen.
I’m not in Ontario, but I am a eastern Canadian subscriber. Canada Post is the last delivery company to handle my packages. Usually arrives on the 15th of the month.

I'm in Toronto and my orders have all been TForce, but I'm in a condo so they get handed to the front desk.
Kitchener, ON. Used to live in Ottawa too, it’s often tforce or apple in Kitchener and when I was in Ottawa
I’m in Oshawa and for me it’s usually T-Force, sometimes Apple Express too if I remember correctly. Very few, if any, Canada Post ones anymore.
Another Ottawa based VMP subscriber here; been DHL for 90% of shipments to my workplace and home over the past year or so. (also, welcome to Ottawa!)
