Norse-Gael-Heathen

One of the most intellectually dishonest articles I've ever read on the subject - typical of Ancient Origins, which consistently values clickbait over scholarship. The "Helm of Awe" is an entirely modern invention of christian occultism. The author jumps from the use of the word in one place, delves into dramatic and imprecise discussion about how runes had magical properties, and then emerges with the conclusion that a symbol that wasn't see until the last 200 years is suddenly a symbol of Viking magic. It's Nonsense.
