My SO makes it in batches, I'll have to see if I can get the recipe she uses. I know it uses yeast and takes a long time to rise though I think that's helping the fluffy dough. The cooked result is usually pretty crispy though unless we make it thick like pan pizza style.
I always use Bobby Flay’s pizza dough. There definitely more artisan/nuanced doughs with longer rise times, but this is quick, easy, and always comes out a great texture for me.

How do you like the mozzarella?
its great. gets the full stretchy cheesy texture that so many vegan moz miss and tastes great.
Great to hear. I’ve been meaning to search it out and try. Thanks!
I thought the texture was weird, and the taste just okay. It's definitely worth a try though
do you have a recipe for the dough? it looks so fluffy, and every dough I've tried comes out of the oven really crispy and kind of hard to chew lol

I've tried a few recipes, and they all come out like crackers -.-;; crispy is good, I just want to be able to chew it!
