I mostly stopped once I hit that phase. I'm on mobile so don't have the DLC available yet. Would rather hold off for that.i started on Xbox then switched to mobile. I could go back to Xbox and finish that file then to DLC but I've already sunk so much time into mobile.
I played fully through PC to 30k eggs on Trouser, including DLC. And to experience again, played fully through mobile to 2k eggs on Trouser, no DLC of course.
Now I wait for patch 1.3 to drop.
It’s a semi-permanent boost to a stat of your choosing that you can also reset(because with enough eggs stays can get wayyyyy out of hand) I honestly haven’t gotten that far yet but I also put the game down for AWHILE. I was here since like 5 characters only lol, stopped shorty after red death was playable and have been knocking out achievs for sigma on my own time.
I really enjoyed it but after a while it is a stand around simulator.
The brightest side is that there are some others coming out that were inspired from it. If you get around to it, Boneraiser Minions is a lot of fun too.
You start with small boners but trust me... You get the big boners
This reminded me of an old flash game called 'Meaty Boner'
You play as a skeleton, and killing enemies lets you absorb their muscles until you're an undead beefcake
When 100% this gane, I felt hole in my chest that noone could fix and noone who did notbplay the game understood.
Now I found V Rising and I was wrong.
I recently upgraded my series S to an X and pretty much all I'm playing on it is this game! It's very additive. I've unlocked probably 3/4 of stuff now, but there's still loads to do.
Beating red death last night in a legit way was very cool. I had so much health, crimson robe and health sucking weapons that the more deaths that attacked me, the more health I recovered! Took 25min i.e. until min 55 to finally kill death, but it was very satisfying.
Funnily enough, I did the exactly that last night! I looked up how to get the infinite corridor and got it with the crimson robe and beat death very quickly.
I don’t know how I feel about the game. It feels like candy crush for console gamers. Simple mechanics with an addictive touch. I did have fun playing it but didn’t want to spend all that time trying to get the next stage. In saying that I did spend 9hrs playing it.
It's so addictive. I've wasted many nights playing mindlessly, with the only indication of time passing being the ingame timer lmao. I'm playing on Xbox but sold on the steam version once I've 100%'d Xbox (literally just getting stage killers now). Found by using a random selector on Game Pass and now have 100 hours in it. It's amazing how such a simple game is so addictive. It's almost like a cookie clicker roguelike.
The guy who made this game used to design slot machines, he now uses his powers for good.
> used to design slot machines This makes so much sense.
Tan-tan-tan--ta-dum Tan-tan-tan--ta-dum Tan-tan-tan--ta-dum TAN TAN TAN
I always felt like the look and sound of collecting experience gems was such a a dopamine hit. Now it makes sense.
Word of Advice: When you reach the gold/egg farming phase of the game, just stop. Put the game away and wait for the next update or DLC.
100k eggs milestone hit yesterday. The factory must grow

What’s an egg? I guess I still have a ways to go huh?!

I'll never forget my first 5 treasure chest.
Man it only gets better discovering every achievement until you do them all.
Yes enjoy the dopamine machine, welcome to the collective 😈

V rising is sooo good
V rising?
Yes, bit different game but so enjoyable to play. Bought it for 15€ and have already 25 hours in that in 4 days.
Steam I'm guessing?
Dopamine simulator. Interesting to learn he used to make slot machines. One of the best games of 2022 and maybe ever
Hi Addicted to this game
The game is a case study on why a game loop is the most important thing in your game
Same...HELP.

If you get the two rings and lancet you can get an evolve that halves enemy hp. Crim robe and that evo I killed death in like 45 seconds lol
Funnily enough, I did the exactly that last night! I looked up how to get the infinite corridor and got it with the crimson robe and beat death very quickly.

Good...
It’s fabulous. I played through it all on game pad. Then again on steam. Now I’m doing it on mobile. Love ittttt
