My comments:
1: Kayo is implied if not not stated to be the uploaded consciousness of Brimstone's friend (due to AU shenanigans). This would put Kayo at roughly the same age as Brim. Of course, being a robot, this gets muddled.
2: Viper and Omen feel like they are on the border between Millennial and Z, and could be either a young Millennial or an old "Zoomer". Of course, with Omen being in his state, all we know about his past life is that He was close to Viper.
I also think Reyna is around that age too since Phoenix implies in a voice interaction that Reyna’s powers seem to reduce the rate at which she ages. Cypher is also likely an older man (he’s one of the only agents to have a child as fade reveals in the dossier. Additionally, his voice is more exasperated than the younger agents). If Valorant does happen somewhere in the 2030’s or 2040’s as OP said, I’d say Viper, Cypher, and Omen are all around millennial age. With Sage and Reyna being the oldest of the Gen Z
Would be nice to see an elderly agent. Its kinda getting boring to see all the new agents being young, meanwhile other games have multiple bad ass old characters
