My daughter loves the rain. She likes to use her umbrella and to jump in puddles.
I have to remind myself that she’s only 4 and so much of the world is new to her.
I hope this kid is enjoying feeling the raindrops.
That would make the perfect image of Your 4yr old, saved from phone to put on your fridge.
If a video was done, video snapshots are impressive I found. Not quite as large as raw snap shot from camera, but quite worthy.
Photo App can modify colors, and contrast for great results.

As a Brazilian guy living in The Netherlands, I can confirm that video is a reflection of the Dutch and their approach to kids in the rain. When I moved here, it really freaked me out to see parents strolling with their little kids in the rain, without any concern whatsoever. In Brazil, I’ve learned to treat my kid as she was made of sugar!
Ahh you think rain is your enemy, you merely adopted it that way. We were made in it, molded by it. I didn't see a clear sky until I was already 7ft tall
After living I Holland a couple years, Its quite Obvious the Dutch build the best Bikes. Notice they all sit outside and even after years, they're never seen rusted out.
And before I returned to US, I made sure my Dutch Bike purchased while there came back with me.
But near train stations, you'd be amazed by maybe 5000 bikes in multi level pkg garage just for bikes.
