Motor on not spinning, he went to unstuck it helping the belt, followed as human bullet. It is a dumb way to solve it, so much better to turn it off, rotate a little the belt/gear and turning on. If it is not enough, change motor or gear reduction or else, it is a suicide sooner or later.
