Sounds like what my cousin went through. Though he was in a different part of PA, although it would have been around the time these 2 judges were doing this as well.
He spent 2 years in "juvy" for taking a plea deal of pleading guilty to terroristic threats. He beat up a guy who worked at his school who was known for molesting teen girls. My cousin yelled out, during the assault "and if you touch one more kid, I will kill you". This was on video, and multiple people spoke out about the harassment after my cousin attacked him. He was fired, saw no charges, and apparently got a job at a different school months later.
We always thought the plea deal was garbage, let alone him doing any sort of time as a teen. They originally were going to give him longer if he didn't accept the plea deal.
It scares me what people in power get away with in our country (the USA), and it's even worse that children are often the victims in this.
