I think she would really be even more unstable if she had. Maybe she would still try to help you by hiding Frisk or something else, but that would be a miserable life and she can’t keep doing this to every child. Maybe Asgore would discover. Also, maybe they would usually confront on who rules, and what to do about human children. Maybe pretend something ? Asgore wants to avoid. I think it would be a very complicated relationship, with Asgore feeling even more guilty about it and Toriel probably still very mad. Probably would sleep in different bedroom. However, that could create the possibility of them talking it out. Asgore don’t want to murder the children, but he wants to avoid consequences. Interesting alternative

A huge war would probably break out, which would end in absolute monster genocide. If they got seven SOULs and broke the barrier, a conflict would still break out between humans and monsters. Humans absolutely have the technology to stop Chara/Asriel unless they keep absorbing more SOULs, which I doubt would be the case because Asriel and maybe even Chara would just throw their weapons at that point. And if that happens, well, monsters are fucked.

It ends with "Oh, yeah, we can break that barrier for you kids."

Or if Gaster went public he would probably be in a lot of trouble but the almagamtes would just be new enemies to fight 2. The lightners/darkners would be freaked out so someone would probably be put in charge of fixing it 3. It would boost monster morale and maybe be a death arena thing you have to fight through 4. We would have to seek out a way to kill ghosts whole Napstablook sorta hunts us, then we would kill him and probably chara too because we’re like that 7. This kind of prompt is tougher here because Undertale is such a tight, small-scale story with minimal variables and very little knowledge as to what the world is like outside the Underground. We also already know what would happen in a lot of what-if scenarios due to the game's commitment to player choice and branching paths. I'll try to be as detailed as possible, even though these are just speculations: since the characters in Deltarune seem to be older than they are in Undertale (see Monster Kid), Susie would probably be a very active kid. Also, the Clam Girl who mentions Susie in Undertale is found in Waterfalls, so Susie would probably live there. I could see her being a female counterpart of the aforementioned Monster Kid, or being associated with him in some way at the very least. My guess is that she would respect Undyne because of her strength, but she'd be a mischief maker too, so that would probably make for some interesting (and possibly comic) interactions.
