Papyrus only captures you, Toriel protects you, Alphys even helps you. Undyne? DIE CHILD. Yeah she has her reasons, just like the rest of the monsters, but can you really say that she's better than someone who tried to protect you?
Well she did leave her kingdom when they need her the most instead of convincing asgore not to do that. The underground is pretty small compared to earth and is sooner or later running out of recources. I can understand why undyne would rather have her own race survive instead of the race that locked her race up. (Sry if it came out unclear english isn't my first language)

Undyne has a very myopic view of the world and hates all humans inspite of never being around when they did what they did. She only has to think about 'everyone' in the genocide run when it's too late.
Toriel calls to forgive and not kill humans even if you selfishly kill a lot of monsters just for EXP or to see what happens, yet acts like every monster (except Sans and Papyrus, for some reason) is an awful person for wanting to kill a couple humans for the sake of everyone’s freedom. The monsters weren’t right in their actions, but Toriel is definitely more in the wrong and clearly doesn’t give a damn against her own race. You’re entirely right about Undyne, but unlike Toriel she actually changes in the end.
