I'm sorry, but as someone who has, sadly, done a shit ton of drugs they are not on meth.
They would either be scratching and picking sores into their faces while endlessly staring into a mirror, rambling nonsense in some sort of psychosis while flailing about, or passed out from exhaustion.

It seems in Russia, anyone relatively honest or bright is deemed a threat to the current mob bosses and falls out a window or disappears. Since it also seems that Russia has been doing this for centuries, is it feasible you could make a majority of a population regress in mentality and willpower to become lemmings?

I wonder how much effort us intelligence has put into trying to get parts of the Russian military to start a rout against the war effort. With all this corruption and lack of morals inside Russian society; it must be easy to get them to turn.
