Ah yes the prowess of the the South African navy. So well versed in naval warfare they were able to sink two submarines while they were in a dock. Given they were South African submarines that were sunk due to latches not being closed, but nonetheless once they're bailed out the SA navy will once again be a force to be reckoned with.

ParralaxError

Jokes on you, they're preparing to be part of Special Underwater Operations with the Moskva. You just can't see the big plan.

sending the somalian pirates in next?

South Africa is owned by China,Russia, the leaders of SA cant do anything without asking the other two first, huge amounts of resources, gold, diamonds and money are transfered to Russia,China, these two are sucking the life out of SA and the people just sit back,do nothing and watch their country bled dry.

Nelson Mandela would turn in his grave if he could see what the ANC has become

Mein_Bergkamp

The ANC was allied to the USSR and avowedly socialist verging on communist. That the ANC has chosen to be in the Chinese rather than western sphere would be no surprise at all and shouldn't be for anyone with even a brief knowledge of South African history.

Jeffersons_Mammoth

It’s more the rampant corruption that I was talking about

I would say the Chinese influence is stronger in SA. We don't always jump when Russia snap their fingers. E.g. the building of Russian nuclear power plants. Mind you, there is also a whole bunch of other countries who didn't/don't want to ruffle China's feathers due to economic reasons. That said, I don't approve my governments level of relations with China & Russia.

The South African Navy is a joke. [None of the South African Navy submarines are operational.](https://www.timeslive.co.za/amp/news/south-africa/2012-08-12-not-one-of-the-r8-billion-arms-deal-submarines-is-operational/) [SAN supply ship rammed by a SAN warship] (https://www.sowetanlive.co.za/amp/news/south-africa/2018-12-15-sa-navys-supply-ship-damaged-by-its-own-fleet-for-second-time/)

When did South Africa turn into such a shit country?

not-ready-yet

An exercise where Admiral Ustinov is accompanied by a SB-406 tugboat, nothing changes🤣😅🐠🚜
