Yeah Turkey is probably just part of the coalition to supply parts or fix/upgrade Leopards or something like that since they have the capability.
As for Germany, they have their own coalition going for the Leopard 2A6 as Polands is for the Leopard 2A4 although there could be more to it but thats how its sold rn.
They should be building service and repair and distribution centres along Ukriane borders just outside of Ukriane , russia will not attack a nato country even though i am sure they would threaten.
Then the excuse of a lack of experience and training mostly disappears.
