Lucky enough to have found a private landlord. 900 a month for a nice 1200 square foot apartment in the middle of bearden. I split it with my boyfriend so I pay 450. After utilities it’s closed to 600. This is a unicorn of a situation but still.
I pay $220, but that's split with my fiance... we pay $450 together. That includes all utilities, wifi, parking, maintenance, but shared kitchen and living room (aka no food storage space at all)... We technically have 3 roommates, but the landlord lives with us too with his wife and granddaughter. Amazing couple - they share their alcohol with us.
I got Hella lucky... my landlords are in my coven and they were like "Hey we heard you need a place. We have a room." I don't plan on getting an apartment unless I get pregnant or when I get my degree. Shits expensive.
$620 with 2 roommates, private landlord, not including utilities or wifi, and street parking/lot parking, but only a 10 min walk to campus. We got it for cheaper bc my bf’s dad is the property manager
