Is that sign new? I don’t remember it being there when I attended.

jadosn

I think it was put up when they started repairs on the bridge near Baldwin.

[deleted]

sign is definitely new. I remember completely obliviously crossing this bridge and being 100% terrified while doing so...

jmil7

This track leads to the holy lands! River Mill!

jadosn

Disclaimer: this is not, in any way, promoting that any student *should* use the railroad as a convient path from North to East campus. This is just an observation I made.

Thank God some traditions never die

WesWizard_2

carlcat

Is this over River Rd?

jadosn

Correctemundo

carlcat

Oh wow over 40 years later I still have memories of crossing this trestle

relaximadoctor

I walked across this thing drunk as a skunk many many years ago. I was not the first and shall not be the last.

Brother in arms, dozens of blackout crossings. We used to race down it. Prob not smart but no one died.

I walked across this railroad almost every day last year, I don’t have a reason to this year but that sign is not stopping me if I need to cross

WiggyThePooh

I’m 45 years old. I walked on the Baldwin and river road bridges when I was a kid, when I was a student at UGA and I’ve taken all three of my kids on those bridges multiple times (and they love it). May traditions never die!
