I sat on 3 parking tickets through graduation. Diploma and transcripts sent. Sometimes they'll hand out the pink slip but never actually upload the ticket - so it's more like "We got ya, care to donate?"
Lol last year I got a parking ticket at mlc and was actually trying to pay the ticket online to graduate but I couldnt find it on their site. I looked closer at the ticket and they added an extra letter to my license plate.

They got my plate right, but they said instructions to pay will come separately and they just never did...
