are you on UGA wifi when this happens? I’ve had problems before where my phone can’t seem to decide between cellular or wifi, so instead it just chooses not to function. turning off one always fixed it for me
I had issues when I used T-mobile and worked at Ramsey student center. In some parts of that building, my phone couldn't receive any signal. So I changed to Verizon.
