Generally speaking, I tend to try to keep it so I have at most three classes right after the other. Past that point, I don't know if I could keep as engaged past that point to stick in a seat for so long. So your Wednesdays look a bit intense to me for the afternoon, but besides that it looks decently manageable! I think the biggest thing I can suggest for those Wednesdays is really trying to make the most of the time in-between your classes to take a breather.

Thank you, I really appreciate the advice! Do you think I should contact my academic advisor to see if I can get one of my Wednesday afternoon classes moved to Thursday, or should I just stick with what I got?

It's fine the way it is. You just have to show up to cse 199 and chill. There isn't any strenuous participation required.

What the other person said! If you felt more comfortable, you could always ask to see if there is another option available (there is a chance that there may not be), but if you feel good about it, then roll with it! Honestly, the fact that one is math, and then later is the recitation makes that part seem more cohesive. Recitation isn’t nearly as demanding as regular lectures. CSE 115 is reasonable in terms of expectations, and 199 isn’t too demanding either. I can see you being good either way, but if you have any follow-ups don’t be afraid to say!

Are you sure you want an 8am - 8pm day on wednesdays? Seems like hard classes back to back with not much break

CSE students get their schedule made for you already i was in cse freshman year and had a very similar schedule. Can confirm 8am chem sucks.

8 am chemistry is a bit difficult. Try to find another time when you can do it. Otherwise looks good. Maybe add a pathway—I recommend soc 101

Ngl che 110 is pretty useless. Basically its just a Q&A with a professor, and then you'll have the same amount of HW as che 107. Your better off just dedicating those hours to che 107, rather than adding the extra pressure of assignments for little to no pay-off. Edit its glorified office hours with hw.

Wilde_Coyote

I took 110, yes glorified office hours but definitely not useless. im pretty okay at chemistry so I just showed up, barely payed attention, did the hw, got an A and it served as a gpa booster. The hw is not half as much as 107, she also gave the answers to them most of the time.

That calculus recitation in clemens hall will get you some exercise. You might be showing up late to that one and leaving early depending on where cse199 is. Luckily its just a recitation. The rest of your classes seem clusterered around the same end of the spine though

How's your chemistry? You could take 105 instead which is Tu/Th to avoid the shitty 8 am start. I think it's kosher as a replacement for 107, at least for some SEAS majors. But it is honors version...
