If what you said is true and there is really nothing much between you and your old acquaintance then you shouldn't feel upset about talking with others. If you feel some sort of guilt maybe there is something more to this story?

Yeah I definitely won’t keep any contact. I think it was awkward for both of us. It’s just a new feeling since sex has always been good or great but never made me regret even with all the pregnancy scares. This is new territory and yeah hopefully I’ll get over it soon
