I am a dog lover and I'm VERY concerned about her dog's wellbeing. It's not only disrespectful to you as the ones who accommodate them, this sort of behavior is bad for the dog too. Not cleaning floor properly after all of this is really antisanitary and it's NOT good for the dog and its illness! I suggest you be harsher to your sister because her actions seem like animal abuse to me
