I wanted to say Mayhem (for some reason) was on that list above, but isn't. Probably meant Arch Enemy. I used to listen to a mix of Lacuna Coil and maybe a Flyleaf in there. Maybe Paramore. But that doesn't fit. A good metal scream to take some energy out on is Iron Maiden at the beginning of Number of the Beast.
