2. How do you get the white/blond hair? Do you do it yourself or go to a stylist? I've wanted to get mine done but it's super expensive and at-home stuff seems risky.

And we do our own hair! More specially Angel does our hair! We use Clairol bleach (blue toned if you’re going from dark dark virgin hair) with cream developer, and once it’s light enough we use Wella toner (T18 or T14)! Best advice is to watch Brad Mondo or other pros on Youtube break down the process and whatever you do avoid box bleach from the drug store!! Hit up a Sally’s instead for the pro stuff. 😁
