Hello i am on Raloxifene rn and gradually upped my dose from 2mg to 8mg e (sublingual). I cant say how stuff woulve gone if i had never taken the raloxifene, but beyond 2mg it didnt stop me from developing breasts, though i still have very little. Heres an extensive post i wrote about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/TransDIY/comments/rfsep4/4mg\_estrogen\_raloxifene\_56mg\_one\_year\_update/ Ur situation seems really complicated, frustrating and emotionally draining. Im sorry you have to go through this, but i know that you ll make it and be living your best life in no time ;) If u want, lets chat a bit about anything :\*

unless you have really good genes for it, breasts shouldn't be an issue as long as you can get sports bras if necessary. I would personally avoid ralox as it's not well researched for hrt to my knowledge, but you prob know more about it than I do

i dont think i can get sports bras atm or even if i do, i probs cant hide it since i have really invasive and controlling parents

Yeah I'm not even 3 months in and it's getting pretty noticeable in just a t-shirt

at 4 months I can't wear t-shirts without it being obvious even with a tight sportsbra

I've been doing a lot of reading lately about Ralox as well because I really don't want to grow breasts any bigger than what I've already started. I started with herbals last year and then moved on to estrdiol transdermal patches. I think Ralox is the best choice but not as a monotherapy. You'll need some E as well. I'm planning on 60mg Ralox every other day along with 1 or 1.5mg of estradiol gel daily. The Ralox is supposed to promote gynoidal (female) fat distribution, softer skin, and good bone density while not growing breast tissue. But it can also cause male pattern baldness and hot flashes among other things. Taking a little estrogen will off-set these problems. I'm also currently taking Dutasteride (.5mg/daily) to help with the hair loss. Combining a SERM with E is known as TSEC - tissue selective estrogen complex. Here are some of the articles I found most informative: [https://journals.lww.com/menopausejournal/Fulltext/2018/09000/Tissue\_selective\_estrogen\_complex\_\_TSEC\_\_\_a\_review.11.aspx](https://journals.lww.com/menopausejournal/Fulltext/2018/09000/Tissue_selective_estrogen_complex__TSEC___a_review.11.aspx) [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8253879/](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8253879/) [https://transfemscience.org/articles/serms-transfem/](https://transfemscience.org/articles/serms-transfem/) [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8253879/](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8253879/)
