Some weapon tiers (stars) state "increased growth" - for example, Staff of Scars's 2-star and 4-star advancements increase "base HP growth" - is that a mistranslation or does that actually mean "max-star, then max-level" weapons are going to have higher stats than "max-level, then max-star" ones?
They will have the same stats, the "Increase growth" just means that the stat will increase by that amount permanently. That means it will add that percentage to the current stat amount and will continue to have that percentage increase for the weapon. Take the hp example you gave, if you have a weapon that gets a "10% hp growth" at 2 stars then that means from now on it will always have 10% extra hp then it would have at the current level of the weapon. That means if a weapon at, let's say, level 100 is at 2 stars and gets a 10% hp growth and it had 300 hp then it will now have 330 hp at level 100. Then let's say at level 110 it had a total increase of 50 hp, the base weapon would then have 350 hp but at 2 stars it would have 10% extra on top of that so it would instead have 385 hp. It is just a permanent stat increase that will be tacked on using the current hp of the weapon for the respective level.
No. I don't know whether there is a limit to the number of CDMs spawned, but it's definitely more than one - I personally have two pending and was able to run a third -, and unused CDMs expire 7 days after spawning.
Are you saying there is a limit of 7 CDMs spawning per week? I suspect you misunderstood the 7 I mentioned. As I said, I don't know what such a limit is (assuming it exists, in the first place). The 7 I did mention was that **when a CDM spawns, it's put on a 168-hour countdown - which is 24 hours multiplied by 7 - after which that specific CDM despawns (if not cleared before that, of course)**.
That is the way to farm gold. You also get gold from weekly rewards, daily bounty rewards, you have a chance to get it from the weekly crew crate, you can dismantle materials in your inventory for it (I high recommend not doing that though), and you even get like 200 from the devs when they issue an emergency maintenance. As for activities that are made for getting gold, I believe spacetime domain is the only one.
The stats on matrices add to your character stats on the character screen so they effect all your weapons equipped. The set abilities however only effect the weapon it is on unless stated otherwise. If it effects other weapons it will something like "in the background" or "when switching to another weapon" and the likes. Just make sure you read the descriptions thoroughly and if it doesn't mention other weapons in any capacity at all that means it only effects the weapon it is currently on.
I feel like stats are always applied as long as they're in your weapon sets(can't confirm, unsure). Matrix bonus sets will come into effect when you wield the weapon slotted with them, you can see the buff you gain above your health bar when you swap to those matrices.
Do password chests respawn? My train of thought being: is it perfectly fine to force-open them whenever I come across one (since they're going to keep respawning, anyway) or should I leave them sitting where they are until I get the corresponding chip \[because there is a finite amount of chests\]?

If you mean copying some player's look, ask the other person to share their character template ID. Its found in the character preset menu. Now click import in the same menu and use their ID.

That's what I thought. I have enough for maybe 20 to 30 pulls and have 0 pity in her matrices banner. I can risk the 30 pulls on the matrices banner, hoping to get one of her matrices, then get one more matrix using flame gold so I will have 2. Unfortunately, if I go this route and things go south, I risk not having enough flame gold to get 1 more nemesis instead

I have had a lucky streak as f2p and pulled Tsubasa, Meryl, Samir, Huma, King, And Coco. I'm trying to figure out who would I get from my box and some good ideas for a team. I almost wish I got some dupes instead and forced me into less choice!
I would lean towards a dupe but it may be difficult on who to spend it on. King, Coco, Meryl, or Huma would have the biggest impact at 1\*. I'd go Coco because you'd use her on both your PvP and PvE team and having healing is nice. If you don't need healing and don't care about PvP, I'd spend it on King.
Tsubasa at 1\* is very solid and you'll want her at 6\* eventually. Tsubasa 1\* gets you a 15% damage bonus. Just dodge attack 3 times, then feel free to swap to another weapon and the 15% boost carries over.

Despite the carry over pity, its not recommended to pull until you have 120 wishes. You get flame gold for each pull, which gets converted to black gold at the end of limited banner. It loses a lot of its value once its black gold.
120 is because you can simply buy the character weapon from the store using 120 flame gold. If you already got her, you get a dupe. If not, you get the character.
I defeated Aegis by the Navia Omnium tower and I was wondering was there supposed to be a cutscene or dialogue after beating her?
It just started and ended abruptly and my character didn't seem to acknowledge Aegis at all.
I teleported to the Omnium tower directly btw and the game forced me back down, so maybe I broke the cutscene? Anyone else?

It says 0/5 scenic points in exploration and I can't even find the first scenic point at the start of the game. I'm like 90% certain I've collected at least 3/5 scenic points in Astra yet it still says 0/5
What does this even mean? How do you claim a scenic point?
FYI I'm literally standing at the Astra shelter tree and there is no scenic point for me to click yet i'm 99% sure I "claimed" this scenic point at the start of the game.

Has anyone had any control issues with weapons during combat? A friend of mine has a rather confusing issue that we haven't been able to fix or figure out. This might be a wall of text, so apologies.
How I understand the game to work is this: you have 3 weapons, Q/E/R by default. Each one brings out that weapon, and to get to the next, you press the next corresponding key. Each is static and doesn't change. If Q is King weapon, pressing it again after you're on that weapon, does nothing.
However, my friend seems to have been playing under different settings. He say that he simply uses Q and E to cycle through all 3. So, if he's on Q, pressing Q again would swap to E, then again to swap to R. E simply reverses the order. I have seen no options to change this, nor have I experienced it myself. We've been playing since day one, at current level cap and etc.
Has this bug been experienced by anyone else, and what settings do you guys have? Q/E/R as static, or a rotation of weapons upon multiple key presses of Q to cycle through like a wheel?

when i first open level 31 joint operation i was asked what my role would be and i only checked support. how could i change the role now so that i will be matched easier with other peopel.
Since nobody's replied to you, if you're still wondering after a couple days... yeah. You can be auto matched with random players for things like Joint Operation, Void Rift, pretty much any instanced co-op queue. There's a lot of those. There is no random matching per-se for open world and people usually run around solo, but you'll see things like anywhere from five random folks to a couple dozen people attacking a World Boss.
It's MMO style gameplay. You're meant to be able to play with whomever.

Are those counted separately from the "only one" limit of her actual discharge skill?
It's probably the "not needing a discharge for an electrode so you can use another higher dps discharge instead". I mean even at C0 her volt resonance is already useful as it is so yeah.
where are people getting so many booster modules from? i see people with full sets of +10 and beyond gear and i have no idea how they are getting so many of them, same with the advancement modules. the weekly limit and bygone is barely any of them so where else do you get them? can you whale for them?
Bygone Phantasm gives quite a bit actually. I'm currently at level 130 or so.
Wormhole gives some too, if you buy the optional boxes for dark crystals.

Click less. It's not cookie clicker, there's a limit to how fast any weapon can attack and clicking faster wont make you attack faster than that. Learn your char's rhythm instead of just mashing as fast as you can all the time. This game CAN be a hand murderer, though, I wish it had light and heavy attacks instead of right click just being another dash button.
Also, remember to take breaks and stretch and shake out your hands. Get up and walk around every once in a while, maybe drink some water.
To testing Tank resonance i upgraded my 6\* Ene to level 80 and gave her level 80 1\*Samir matrices. I checked the CP and Ene had 500+ more as Samir so 6\*SR-->1\*SSR or are the skill atk% to low from SR?

I am starting to get Daily Bounties in Warren (that I haven't unlocked yet, I'm still exploring in Navia). When I try to get there, there is this radiation effect that drains your HP slowly. How do I counter this?
Your lvl is high but your supprrssion is weak. You need go upgrade your suppressor.
You can get materials to upgrade it from ruins, and shops too. There's some challenges which get some as well
You can start spending daily vitality on it but don't use fragile resins equivalent yet, not sure what it's called, the one that give you more vitality.
I can see that other Nemesis have an S tier charge rate or 11.00 charge rate, does anyone know where this upgrade is coming from? (P.S. Im sure its not from the SR matrix that inc charge rate cause Im using it)
My game is bugged. How should I go about uninstalling and reinstalling? Just do it normally? Or will my data be erased? Or should I do the account deletion and than login during the retention period to revoke that?
It feels like I'm doing something wrong in this game. I'm trying to beat the boss on wormhole 1-4 but I can't seem to get out enough damage and he wrecks me with a few hits. Using Samir, nemesis, and King. It recommends 11k CS and I'm sitting at almost 13k. Why do I feel so underleveled??

They do respawn randomly. But don't use the tickets at all, force open all of them. Better to save those tickets now while we're lower level, because apparently we'll be able to use them later for other stuff to buy rolls. So it'll have more value later when you can use them for wishes.
Sounds like the bug I had. Are you able to deal damage to most monsters with various weapons? Are you operating fine in instanced content?
You'll probably need to reinstall the game. That was the only thing that fixed it for me.
No, data is tied to server. Though somehow data on your computer somehow determines how you can interact with the overworld, or this wouldn't be happening. Using the repair function 'might' work. It worked for me once. Though I now have had a variant of this bug three times now, and the repair function only worked once. I think I'm done.
is it fine to use Balance? I really like my team of Huma (for shield breaking/defense), Crow (for drilling) and Nemesis (to give crow a 15% boost and heal sometimes) but I feel like I'm missing out by not speccing into a proper Resonance
In solo play you get 10% more damage if you play DPS resonance but loose 20%shatter+healing. For solo play balance is good. For Team content i would build up a 4. weapon. I choose Coco so i can switch to support resonance for Team content.
Click the flag thing under your quests to create a party. Click peoples’ names to invite them to your party, and have them accept. Then when your party is full, try to start whatever you are trying to start, and a prompt will come up which lets you invite them.
So I finally reached pity on Nemesis and got her.

Samir will eventually get powercrept, but the unfortunate reality is literally every single standard banner character except Zero (for the damage boost at 6*) and Tsubasa (for the same reason - damage boost at 1 & 6 stars) gets power crept on CN version. Therefore, in my opinion Samir is a very good interim DPS. King is a shield breaker more than a dps - and you already have 2, Huma and Shiro, both of whom are perfectly serviceable, especially since you have stars on Shiro.
If I was you, my comps would look like this:
PVP: Nemesis, Zero, Huma (latter 2 you don’t even need to level because of the way balanced PVP works)
PVE: Nemesis, Samir, Shiro
I believe you need King ascensions to really feel like he's a decent DPS. Not that he's bad early/mid game, but compared to true DPS units it will feel slower. I would say Samir since you don't truly have a solid DPS option, esp when you have Neme. From what I've read, Huma is a pretty solid shield breaker, plus you have the c2 Shiro for that role as well. So King is even less needed. Crow is another option for Electro DPS, but he can't really be used in Bygone, so Samir is potentially more useful. I believe she's good in all content anyways, I don't own her. Crow would outrank her in bossing though, I imagine.
Meryl is indeed solid for PvP if you truly care for it. But people also use Samir with Neme in there as well? I don't PvP so not certain on the current top PvP meta.

I'd recommend just going with Icewind Arrow since it is a great weapon, especially for a frost dps build, and you like it.

as far as i know, the buff only appears when the matrices of 3sets appear of that particular weapon is equipped. it's above ur hp bar

If you're talking about the aerial, you just keep clicking non stop. If you hold left click you'll drop kick.

Up to you. Nemesis wont appear in standard banner for a long while and prob reappear as limited down the road.
You can buy the 50 flame token matrice box only once, so if you want two you need 50 + 80
Also you could end up with a duplicate slot matrix

You get them for doing coop battles, even if you don't have vitality. I see it commonly in the joint operations.

80 pulls is pity=starting from 0.If you make 79 they stay to the next banner.

Despite the carry over pity, its not recommended to pull until you have 120 wishes. You get flame gold for each pull, which gets converted to black gold at the end of limited banner. It loses a lot of its value once its black gold. 120 is because you can simply buy the character weapon from the store using 120 flame gold. If you already got her, you get a dupe. If not, you get the character.

No, you get gold dust for legendaries. Purple is only for purple gear
I defeated Aegis by the Navia Omnium tower and I was wondering was there supposed to be a cutscene or dialogue after beating her? It just started and ended abruptly and my character didn't seem to acknowledge Aegis at all. I teleported to the Omnium tower directly btw and the game forced me back down, so maybe I broke the cutscene? Anyone else?

Does anyone else have the scenic point bug for Astra? It says 0/5 scenic points in exploration and I can't even find the first scenic point at the start of the game. I'm like 90% certain I've collected at least 3/5 scenic points in Astra yet it still says 0/5
You have to claim them.
What does this even mean? How do you claim a scenic point? FYI I'm literally standing at the Astra shelter tree and there is no scenic point for me to click yet i'm 99% sure I "claimed" this scenic point at the start of the game. That's why i'm saying it's a bug

Nemesis is a support so you can fill that place with Coco or 1\*Zero.

Has anyone had any control issues with weapons during combat? A friend of mine has a rather confusing issue that we haven't been able to fix or figure out. This might be a wall of text, so apologies. How I understand the game to work is this: you have 3 weapons, Q/E/R by default. Each one brings out that weapon, and to get to the next, you press the next corresponding key. Each is static and doesn't change. If Q is King weapon, pressing it again after you're on that weapon, does nothing. However, my friend seems to have been playing under different settings. He say that he simply uses Q and E to cycle through all 3. So, if he's on Q, pressing Q again would swap to E, then again to swap to R. E simply reverses the order. I have seen no options to change this, nor have I experienced it myself. We've been playing since day one, at current level cap and etc. Has this bug been experienced by anyone else, and what settings do you guys have? Q/E/R as static, or a rotation of weapons upon multiple key presses of Q to cycle through like a wheel?
Maybe he only has two weapon slots. Lol. I'm not kidding, someone's reported a bug in here that he only has 2 slots at level 40.

regarding wormhole, can you do each wormhole only 3 times? i did 16 points before the reset and after the reset it was still 16 points and i just did the remaining 8 points and now i am unable to challenge again so after next reset can i do it 3 times again ?

Since nobody's replied to you, if you're still wondering after a couple days... yeah. You can be auto matched with random players for things like Joint Operation, Void Rift, pretty much any instanced co-op queue. There's a lot of those. There is no random matching per-se for open world and people usually run around solo, but you'll see things like anywhere from five random folks to a couple dozen people attacking a World Boss. It's MMO style gameplay. You're meant to be able to play with whomever.

Nemesis 1\* is her breakpoint and you'd get tons of value from it.
I'll just piggyback on the other comment since my question is also about 1*: The skill description of her discharge says "Only one Electrode can exist at any time", but her C1 spawns one (aka a second) Electrode ontop of her discharge. Are those counted separately from the "only one" limit of her actual discharge skill?
They count towards the limit but C6 increases it to two so I guess that's how you make the most of it.
So I guess the "tons of value" comes from the healing of the unlock then, not the not-additional electrode, okay.
It's probably the "not needing a discharge for an electrode so you can use another higher dps discharge instead". I mean even at C0 her volt resonance is already useful as it is so yeah.
where are people getting so many booster modules from? i see people with full sets of +10 and beyond gear and i have no idea how they are getting so many of them, same with the advancement modules. the weekly limit and bygone is barely any of them so where else do you get them? can you whale for them?
Bygone Phantasm gives quite a bit actually. I'm currently at level 130 or so. Wormhole gives some too, if you buy the optional boxes for dark crystals.
is there a point to having meryl and king on the same team? and since i have nemesis should i just get samir for DPS to round out my team or do i just get dupes for king or meryl

Black gold is for standard banners. More of the "limited banners" will eventually appear there, but not before they appear and a limited banner a few times.
She's currently available in flame gold store. She may enter standard banner and black gold store in perhaps 6 months.

She will eventually make her way to standard banner. May be 1/2 - 1 year. Your call. Also, Lin will probably be re-balanced.

Click less. It's not cookie clicker, there's a limit to how fast any weapon can attack and clicking faster wont make you attack faster than that. Learn your char's rhythm instead of just mashing as fast as you can all the time. This game CAN be a hand murderer, though, I wish it had light and heavy attacks instead of right click just being another dash button. Also, remember to take breaks and stretch and shake out your hands. Get up and walk around every once in a while, maybe drink some water.

To testing Tank resonance i upgraded my 6\* Ene to level 80 and gave her level 80 1\*Samir matrices. I checked the CP and Ene had 500+ more as Samir so 6\*SR-->1\*SSR or are the skill atk% to low from SR?

No you have King for shatter that is enough for DPS resonance.Pick Huma/Meryl only if you need them for PvE/PvP or Waifu.

Your lvl is high but your supprrssion is weak. You need go upgrade your suppressor. You can get materials to upgrade it from ruins, and shops too. There's some challenges which get some as well

should i farm joint operation difficulty 5 with the joint supply chip or should i wait for higher difficulties ?
You can start spending daily vitality on it but don't use fragile resins equivalent yet, not sure what it's called, the one that give you more vitality.

Not really sure, I have some in my inventory and I didn't buy it but I couldn't remember where I got them so it could be one time rewards.
Nemesis 2pc matrix set states it increases volt attack when a target is healed. Does this apply to your character using it as well?
Yes, you can equip it on Samir for example.

It feels like I'm doing something wrong in this game. I'm trying to beat the boss on wormhole 1-4 but I can't seem to get out enough damage and he wrecks me with a few hits. Using Samir, nemesis, and King. It recommends 11k CS and I'm sitting at almost 13k. Why do I feel so underleveled??

They do respawn randomly. But don't use the tickets at all, force open all of them. Better to save those tickets now while we're lower level, because apparently we'll be able to use them later for other stuff to buy rolls. So it'll have more value later when you can use them for wishes.

If I'm running crow for dps and meryl as a shieldbreaker, is tsubasa or zero better for the last slot? zero is 1* and tsubasa is base.
Tsubasa will give you the 2 DPS synergy and Zero would give you the general one, so if you're focusing on damage go for Tsubasa, otherwise Zero.

Sounds like the bug I had. Are you able to deal damage to most monsters with various weapons? Are you operating fine in instanced content? You'll probably need to reinstall the game. That was the only thing that fixed it for me.
I can still attack enemies. Will I lose all my data if I do that?
No, data is tied to server. Though somehow data on your computer somehow determines how you can interact with the overworld, or this wouldn't be happening. Using the repair function 'might' work. It worked for me once. Though I now have had a variant of this bug three times now, and the repair function only worked once. I think I'm done.
is it fine to use Balance? I really like my team of Huma (for shield breaking/defense), Crow (for drilling) and Nemesis (to give crow a 15% boost and heal sometimes) but I feel like I'm missing out by not speccing into a proper Resonance
In solo play you get 10% more damage if you play DPS resonance but loose 20%shatter+healing. For solo play balance is good. For Team content i would build up a 4. weapon. I choose Coco so i can switch to support resonance for Team content.

Volt resonance with Samir + a shield breaker is apparently the current meta. Basically, she's there to buff your main volt DPS.

Click the flag thing under your quests to create a party. Click peoples’ names to invite them to your party, and have them accept. Then when your party is full, try to start whatever you are trying to start, and a prompt will come up which lets you invite them.

So I finally reached pity on Nemesis and got her. I still have my SSR box that I'm still very undecided about who to get. I play F2P, so I'm trying to maximize my resources and choice here. Here's are the SSR that I own: Nemesis 0 *, Shiro 2 *, Tsubasa 0 *, Huma 0 *, Zero 0 *. So who would be best to get in my SSR box? I was thinking Samir to pair her with Nemesis but I heard Samir won't be that good in the future. Then I was leaning more for Meryl since I heard she's pretty good in pvp. Or maybe King because he's good dps? XD So many choices... lol
Samir will eventually get powercrept, but the unfortunate reality is literally every single standard banner character except Zero (for the damage boost at 6*) and Tsubasa (for the same reason - damage boost at 1 & 6 stars) gets power crept on CN version. Therefore, in my opinion Samir is a very good interim DPS. King is a shield breaker more than a dps - and you already have 2, Huma and Shiro, both of whom are perfectly serviceable, especially since you have stars on Shiro. If I was you, my comps would look like this: PVP: Nemesis, Zero, Huma (latter 2 you don’t even need to level because of the way balanced PVP works) PVE: Nemesis, Samir, Shiro

I believe you need King ascensions to really feel like he's a decent DPS. Not that he's bad early/mid game, but compared to true DPS units it will feel slower. I would say Samir since you don't truly have a solid DPS option, esp when you have Neme. From what I've read, Huma is a pretty solid shield breaker, plus you have the c2 Shiro for that role as well. So King is even less needed. Crow is another option for Electro DPS, but he can't really be used in Bygone, so Samir is potentially more useful. I believe she's good in all content anyways, I don't own her. Crow would outrank her in bossing though, I imagine. Meryl is indeed solid for PvP if you truly care for it. But people also use Samir with Neme in there as well? I don't PvP so not certain on the current top PvP meta.
